Despite careful planning and controlled installation, malfunctions in operation cannot be completely ruled out. This is why you can reach our on-call service around the clock in the event of a system malfunction. We work with remote control via a modem connection. In most cases, we can therefore immediately take care of diagnosis and repair, both for our customers in Switzerland and abroad.
